UFC Fight Night - Silva vs Hall Undercard

Hello everyone, and welcome to another edition of BinK iT. Went 10-1-1 last week. This brings our record to 43-2-12 on UFC predictions since September. Wow! What night of fights this past Saturday. Khabib Nurmagomedov climbed to 28-0 and cemented his spot as pound for pound the best fighter to ever step in a cage. We are done with fight island and boy do I miss it already. We back in Vegas at the apex with a smaller cage and this will play a role in some fights. In this blog, I will break down the undercard for the remaining 7 fights. 

Alexander Hernandez vs Chris Gruetzemacher 

If Hernandez can chill the F out in the octagon and fight smart this should be his fight all day. He needs to pick his shots, darting in and out of the pocket while using his speed to dictate the pace. Prediction: Alexander Hernandez by decision

Adrian Yanez vs Victor Rodriguez 

I didn't see much from Victor fighting on the regional scene in alaska. On the other side, Yanez has fought the better competition on computed on much bigger shows. His experience should give them the edge in this fight. Prediction: Adrian Yanez by finish

Sean Strickland vs Jack Marshman

Not much here besides Marshman has good boxing and a good chin but he's very heavy on his lead leg and not very fast. This should be Strickland all the way and I don't see it going any other way. Prediction: Sean Strickland by decision or late finish.  

Jason Witt vs Cole Williams

I was not impressed after watching tape on these two guys. Cole Williams seems like the better fighter out there just sheer of having the better chin. Prediction: Cole Williams by decision or finish  

Dustin Jacoby vs Justin Ledet 

Besides a nice jab, Justin Ledet should get outworked in this fight. Dustin Jacoby is a beast and I believe if his cardio doesn't fail him, he can take this fight wherever he likes. Prediction: Dustin Jacoby by KO or decision 

Cortney Casey vs Priscilla Cachoeira 

Cortney Casey has fought them all and at 9-8 it really shows. Both of these girls are gonna want to stand and trade. She has the experience in this fight but it's still super close. I really want to see these two during weigh in to gage the size of these two going into the fight. Prediction: Cortney Casey by decision 

Miles Johns vs Kevin Natividad

Super fun super close fight. Miles Johns has the wrestling advantage but I’m not sure how long he can keep it up in the fight. This is another fight I would like to wait until the weigh-ins. But for now i'll make a pick. Prediction: Kevin Natividad by decision or KO
